New Kitchens tempt more Buyers

New Kitchen 2A survey conducted by Zoopla found that a new kitchen is the most likely thing to tempt more buyers to put in higher offers.  47% percent of potential buyers said that they are swayed by a new kitchen and more than 28% percent said that they would be prepared to loosen the purse strings and spend more for a new kitchen.  A new bathroom is also very likely to get buyers to put in an offer on a property.
